Adam Schwartz

Adam Schwartz has extensive work experience in the real estate industry. Adam began their career as an Asset Management Analyst at Arbor Realty Trust in 2011. Adam then moved on to Cooper-Horowitz, Inc. in 2012, where they worked as a Real Estate professional until 2015. In 2015, Adam joined JLL as a Managing Director, a role they held until 2019. From 2019 to 2020, they served as the Managing Partner at AKS Capital Partners. Currently, Adam is Senior Managing Director & Co-Head New York Capital Markets at Walker & Dunlop, a position they have held since February 2020.

Adam Schwartz attended the University of Pennsylvania from 2006 to 2010, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science. Prior to their university studies, they attended The Wheatley School, but there is no information regarding their degree or field of study at that institution.
