Kathleen O'Connell

Kathleen O'Connell has extensive work experience in the field of network engineering and systems administration. Kathleen started their career in 2000 as a Network Engineer at NGen, where they worked until 2004. Kathleen then joined Z-Tech Corporation as a Mid-Level Network Engineer from 2004 to 2006. Kathleen's next role was at TerpSys, where they served as a Network Engineer from 2006 to 2013. In this role, they were responsible for handling all network issues and maintaining servers, network equipment, and workstations. From 2013 to 2016, Kathleen worked as a Senior Network Consultant at American Technology Services. Kathleen then joined VISTA Technology Services Inc. as a Senior Systems Administrator, where they managed servers, workstations, websites, email, and network components. Kathleen moved on to Optimal Networks, Inc. in 2017, assuming the position of Senior Network Engineer until 2018. Kathleen then joined i4DM as a Senior Network Engineer from 2019 to 2020. Currently, Kathleen works at Walker & Dunlop, where they serve as the Cloud and Infrastructure Team Lead.

Kathleen O'Connell obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from Indiana University Bloomington in the years 1992-1996. Kathleen also holds several additional certifications, including the Microsoft Azure Administrator Associate certification from Microsoft in 2021, and the MCITP: Enterprise Administrator on Windows Server 2008 certification from Microsoft in 2013. Kathleen also has certifications from Cisco, Pearson VUE, CompTIA, and SonicWall, covering various networking and security qualifications.
