Kevin Giusti

Kevin Giusti has extensive experience in the finance industry, particularly in healthcare real estate. Kevin worked at Walker & Dunlop as a Senior Managing Director, specializing in debt/equity financing for various healthcare facilities across the United States. Their expertise lies in different financing structures such as FHA, Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, bridge financing, construction financing, mezzanine financing, preferred equity, and alternative financing. Prior to this role, they held positions at M&T Bank, including Vice President in healthcare finance and an Analyst in commercial real estate finance.

Kevin Giusti received a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from Virginia Tech in 2002. In 2009, they went on to pursue an MBA in Finance/Healthcare from Duke University - The Fuqua School of Business.
