Kyle Peterson

Kyle Peterson is an accomplished finance and development professional with extensive experience in multifamily housing. Currently serving as Managing Director at Walker & Dunlop since November 2015, Kyle specializes in financing acquisition, rehabilitation, and new construction of both market rate and affordable housing properties, delivering tailored debt and equity solutions nationwide. Prior to this role, Kyle held positions as Vice President at both Herman & Kittle Properties, Inc. and Banner Real Estate Group, leading teams in multifamily development and financing. Kyle holds a Master's degree in Real Estate from the University of Illinois Chicago and a Bachelor's degree in Economics from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
