Michelle F.

Michelle F. is an experienced Salesforce Administrator with a demonstrated history of optimizing business processes and data management across various organizations. Currently serving at Walker & Dunlop since November 2020, Michelle previously held the position of Salesforce Certified Administrator and Records Manager at the Maryland Department of Natural Resources, where improvements in automation and process mapping were implemented.
