Tim Cotter

Tim Cotter is an experienced finance professional with a focus on investment analysis and financial planning. Currently serving as Vice President at Walker & Dunlop since March 2014, Tim has held the position of Assistant Vice President at the same company. Prior to this role, Tim was an Assistant Vice President and Investment Analyst at NorthMarq Capital from April 2007 to March 2014. Tim's experience also includes serving as Treasurer for Historic Milwaukee, Inc. from March 2008 to December 2011 and working as a Financial Planning Analyst at Rockwell Automation between July 2004 and April 2007. Tim holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting and Finance from the Lubar College of Business, earned from 1999 to 2004.
