Warren Horvath

Warren Horvath currently serves as Managing Director at Walker & Dunlop since October 2023. Prior to this role, Warren held the position of Senior Vice President in Capital Markets Advisory focused on Affordable Housing at CBRE Capital Markets from 2020 to October 2023. Warren's extensive experience includes leadership roles such as Head of Capital Markets at The Michaels Organization (2016-2019), Principal Advisor at Freestyle Communities (2013-2015), and Director of Acquisitions at Continental Realty Group (2010-2013). Warren also served as President of Mercy Community Capital at Mercy Housing (2009-2010) and was Chief Investment Officer at The Community Development Trust from 2000 to 2009. Warren holds a Bachelor of Arts in Urban Planning from Rutgers University.
