Leah Furey

Leah Furey is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in sales, marketing, and operations within the waste management industry. Currently serving as the General Manager of Sales and Marketing at Walker Emulsions since May 2016, Leah has also held the position of Business Development Manager in the same company. Prior to this role, Leah worked as the Operations Manager at Norjohn Transfer Systems, overseeing daily operations and financial management of a waste transfer station. Leah began their career with Waste Services Inc., progressing through various roles from Customer Service Sales Representative to Sales Manager, demonstrating a strong capability in sales and customer relationship management. Leah holds an Executive Program degree in Leadership and Finance from Queen's University and a Bachelor of Arts in Humanities - Fine Arts from McMaster University.
