Nave is an accomplished professional with expertise in diversity, equity, and inclusion, currently serving as a Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Implementation Strategist at Walker-Miller Energy Services. With extensive instructional experience, Nicole has been a Lead Instructor for the Broome County Debate Alliance and Victory Briefs, achieving high ratings and instructing over 1,000 students. As Executive Director of the Women's Debate Institute, Nicole significantly increased revenue and expanded the donor base through strategic fundraising initiatives. Additionally, Nicole has experience in academic instruction as a BIC Graduate Assistant at Baylor University and has held various coaching and administrative roles in debate and education across several organizations.
