Whilst Charlotte has experience across a broad range of commercial real estate work, from corporate support work (dealing with the property side of large scale mergers/acquisitions/IPOs) to real estate finance work, her real focus and expertise lies in landlord and tenant work, with a particular experience in the retail sector. She acts for a prominent global retailer and a number of shopping centres around the UK. She also has a particular interest in environmental aspects of all property transactions (from contamination issues to ‘green clauses’ in leases).
