Claire advises on a wide range of restructuring, turnaround and formal insolvency matters (including administrations, liquidations and company voluntary arrangements) across a variety of industry sectors including retail, energy and real estate.

Claire acts for banks, insolvency practitioners, private equity houses, distressed companies and their directors all at both a local and national level. She also has experience of advising public sector bodies, charities and pension schemes and companies in relation to matters arising out of the insolvency of their counterparties.
