Jo Hayes

Jo Hayes is a Learning and Development Business Partner at Walker Morris LLP since May 2022, bringing extensive experience in learning and development from previous roles, including Head of Learning and Emerging Talent Manager at Buy It Direct Ltd. Prior to that, Jo served as a Leadership Facilitator at GP Strategies, conducting development workshops across the UK, Europe, and the Middle East. Jo's career began in sales and coaching at HSBC and first direct before transitioning to learning roles in 2010. Jo also has experience as a Recruitment Consultant at PFA recruitment and held various sales and leadership positions at French life holidays. Jo holds a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) with honors in Combined Drama/Theatre Studies and French from the University of Chester.
