Risé L. Landeros

Risé is a Corporate Vice President and the Director of Human Resources for Walker Consultants. She is responsible for the procurement and administration of employee benefit programs, compensation administration, organizational development, recruiting, relocation, legislative compliance and risk management. Rise’ joined Walker in 1984 and is a graduate of Western Michigan University with a BA in Business Administration and a MA in Educational Leadership. The Haworth College of Business, Western University Michigan, recognized Risé as one of its distinguished alumni.

She is an active member of the Kalamazoo Human Resources Management Association and the Society of Human Resources Management. Risé is a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) and taught classes through the “Human Resources Certification Institute” to prepare other Human Resources professionals to take the exam to earn Professional in Human Resources (PHR) and Senior Professional in Human Resources credentialing.
