Justin Scarth is a seasoned professional in engineering and project management with extensive experience in water and sewer system design and municipal engineering projects. Recently appointed as Senior Project Manager at Walker Partners Engineers | Surveyors in August 2024, Justin has previously held key positions at MRB Group Engineering, Architecture & Surveying, D.P.C. as Project Manager and Office Manager, and DCS Engineering as Project Manager. Justin’s career includes work at Bury+Partners, Pennoni Associates, CMX, and Brandt Engineers, where responsibilities ranged from project management to engineering design and inspection of water and sewer infrastructure. Justin holds multiple degrees, including an MS in Water Resources and Environmental Engineering and an MS in Business Management from Villanova University, along with a BS in Civil Engineering from Texas A&M University.
