John Henderson has diverse work experience spanning over several decades. John started their career as a Vice President at Bank of America and later joined II Ventures as a Managing Director and Director of Operations. At II Ventures, they focused on developing strategic venture initiatives and provided consulting to portfolio companies.
In 2001, John became the President & CEO of Jupiter Engineering, and then moved on to become the President-Worldwide Sales at Carter Group in 2003.
John further expanded their expertise by working as the Vice-President Global Sales and Marketing at Span International, a leading provider of logistics and manufacturing services to the electronics industry.

John Henderson obtained an MBA in Corporate Finance and Economics from the University of Washington from 1975 to 1977. John then pursued further education at the University of Delaware from 1984 to 1986, earning a degree from ABA The Stonier Graduate School of Banking in Corporate Banking. Prior to this, they had completed their Bachelor's degree in Business Administration at the University of Washington from 1972 to 1975. In 2014, John attended Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management and completed the Executive Scholar program. Additionally, they pursued Executive Management studies at The Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth from 2004 to 2010, although the specific degree obtained during this period is not mentioned.
