Kimberly Sims has a diverse work experience. Kimberly began their career in 2017 as an Admissions Specialist at Brehm Preparatory School, Inc. Kimberly then moved to The Vanguard School of Lake Wales in 2020, where they worked as an Admissions/Marketing Coordinator. In 2021, Kimberly took a role as a Clinical Recruiter at PresenceLearning. Currently, they are employed at WalkerHealthcareIT as a Healthcare IT Recruiter, where they are responsible for identifying HIT solutions, optimizing strategies, managing projects, streamlining processes, and inspiring adoption.

Kimberly Sims attended Missouri Baptist University from 2015 to 2017, where they earned a Bachelor of Science in Behavioral Sciences.
