Eli Elmaalem

Eli Elmaalem is an Employee Care Specialist at WalkMe™, managing the employee lifecycle and executing comprehensive employee experience initiatives since March 2022. In addition, Eli works as a Group Therapist at the Tel Aviv Yafo Municipality, where a project was established to provide group therapy for LGBTQ community members and youth at risk. As an Emotional Therapist, Eli offers psychotherapy addressing various issues such as addiction, emotional challenges, and relationship difficulties. Eli has also served as a Student Mentor at Sapir College, guiding Social Work students, and worked as a Social Worker at shlovim prior to the current roles. Eli holds a Bachelor of Social Work degree from Sapir College and a degree in Anthroposophical Psychotherapy.
