Luke Allen

Luke Allen is a seasoned professional in customer success and digital adoption, currently serving as a Senior Customer Success Manager and Senior Digital Adoption Consultant at WalkMe™ since November 2018. Prior to this role, Luke held multiple positions at East Coast Metal Distributors, including Digital Commerce Development Manager and Ecommerce Conversion Manager, from August 2015 to November 2018. Luke gained experience in law enforcement while working with the City of Durham from January 2012 to August 2015 and also developed sales skills at Fastenal Company between January 2010 and January 2012. Luke Allen holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) in Finance from North Carolina State University.
