Makiko Bailey

Makiko Bailey is a seasoned professional in renewals and project management, currently serving as the Manager of Renewals, International (APAC and EMEA) at WalkMe™ since October 2021. With a robust background in the software and technology sectors, Makiko has held various roles in notable companies such as Elastic, Splunk, and EMC, primarily focusing on the APAC region, including Japan, Australia, and New Zealand. Prior to this, Makiko contributed to IBM in critical situation project management and also gained experience in sales and technical support. Makiko holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Statistics and Computing from Macquarie University and has pursued further education at prestigious institutions including Stanford University and Harvard Business School Online.
