Richard Jao

Richard Jao is a seasoned professional in the technology sector with extensive experience in solution engineering and technical advisory roles. Currently, Richard serves as a Senior Solution Advisor for Named & Enterprise Accounts at WalkMe™ since February 2019, following a progression through various engineering positions including Senior Sales Engineer and Strategic Solutions Engineer Lead.
