Valentina Telese

Valentina Telese is an experienced tourism professional currently serving as the Ground Operations Manager at Walks. In this role since January 2022, Valentina recruits and trains high-quality tour guides and coordinators to ensure exceptional guest experiences. Previously, Valentina worked at Booking.com from August 2008 to March 2021, where multiple roles included Team Manager for the Commercial Hub SWEMEA, Project Manager for the establishment of multicultural contact centers, and Corporate Trainer. Valentina's efforts led to significant performance achievements within the company and the development of training programs across Europe. Earlier experience includes an internship at the Italian Ministry of Foreign Affairs. Valentina is pursuing an MBA in Sustainability Management from the Sustainability Management School (SUMAS). Education also includes seminars at Simmons University and a degree in Foreign Languages and Literature from Università di Napoli L'Orientale.
