Emma Kay has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Emma is the Founder and Chief Marketing Officer of WalkSafe Ltd., a company they co-founded in 2020 with a focus on providing knowledge to users for planning safer routes. In this role, Emma is responsible for developing social media strategies and overseeing all aspects of digital marketing.

Before WalkSafe Ltd., Emma volunteered at the Vineyard Community Centre from 2016 to 2019. Their role involved supporting homeless and crisis-affected individuals by providing a safe space for meals and companionship. Emma also assisted with baking, serving breakfast, tidying up, and offering general support.

In 2015, Emma founded their own successful beauty company, Emma's Lashes, which catered to celebrities and influencers. Through this venture, they established a strong online beauty brand and earned recognition as a skilled eyelash artist.

Prior to that, from 2012 to 2015, Emma founded and operated The Mobile Nanny, showcasing their entrepreneurial skills. Additionally, they held multiple roles in the early years childcare business, Dicky Birds Pre-school Nurseries Limited, and eventually rose to the position of Deputy Manager from 2009 to 2012.

Emma Kay attended Epsom College from 2007 to 2008, where they received a Diploma in Art Foundation with a field of study in Art/Art Studies, General. Following this, they studied at Kingston University from 2012 to 2016, earning a BA (Hons) in Early Years: Teaching, with a field of study in Early Childhood Education and Teaching.
