Heather Cromer serves as the Director of Clinical and Therapeutic Services at Wall Therapeutic Solutions since January 2021, following a role as Behavioral Coordinator at Wall Residences from October 2015 to January 2021. Prior experience includes serving as a Nationally Board Certified Special Education Teacher with Montgomery County (VA) Public Schools from July 2008 to September 2015. Heather Cromer holds a Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis from Florida Institute of Technology, completed in 2016, and a Master of Science in Special Education and Teaching from Radford University, obtained in 2008. Additionally, a Bachelor of Science in Special Education and Teaching was earned from Radford University in 2007. Since 2011, Heather Cromer has maintained National Board Certification in Special Education and Teaching.

Wall Therapeutic Solutions' purpose is to provide socially valid, evidence based, outpatient therapies by highly qualified clinicians, that promote client autonomy while respecting their assent and dignity. At Wall Therapeutic Solutions, we serve children and youth through Applied Behavioral Analysis and Speech and Language Services and adults through Therapeutic Consultation (TC), including Behavioral TC, Speech and Language TC, Psychological TC and Recreational Therapy TC services.
