Deirdre Bealey

Deirdre Bealey, SHRM-SCP and SPHR, serves as the Human Resources Manager at Walla Walla Foundry since April 2019, contributing to one of the largest fine art fabricators globally. With over 20 years of HR experience, Deirdre previously operated as a Human Resources Consultant, partnering with businesses and non-profits in Eastern Washington from May 2017 to December 2019. Earlier roles include VP / Human Resources Director at Baker Boyer, Human Resources Manager at Walla Walla Union-Bulletin and Selectron Technologies, Inc., Division HR Manager at Vertis, and HR Generalist at Weyerhaeuser. Educational credentials include a Master’s degree in Human Resources and Industrial Relations from the University of Oregon's Lundquist College of Business and a Bachelor’s degree in Journalism, Public Relations from the University of Oregon.
