Dennis Jordan Pe, Ptoe

Dennis Jordan, PE, PTOE, has extensive experience in traffic engineering and project management, currently serving as a Project Engineer at Wallace, Montgomery and Associates since April 2011, where responsibilities include technical supervision and design for major project tasks. Concurrently, since November 2021, Dennis manages the traffic engineering function as an On-Site Consultant for Carroll County MD, focusing on traffic control device evaluations and signal operations. Previously, Dennis held several roles with the Maryland Department of Transportation, including Project Manager and Specific Service Signing Program Coordinator, where management of multiple projects and coordination with business owners were key responsibilities. Dennis earned a degree in Civil Engineering, specializing in Transportation and Project Management, from the University of Maryland, completing studies in 2011.
