Melissa Johanson has over 15 years of experience in finance and project management, currently serving as Finance Manager at Wallace P. Johnson Plumbing & Heating Inc. since May 2008. In this role, responsibilities include managing accounts payable and receivable, overseeing human resources, serving as warranty manager, and acting as project administrator. Previously, Melissa gained experience as a Graphic Design Intern with the Nashville Predators, where promotional materials were created for the team. Additional experience includes display design with Home Grown and a music business internship at Dryve Artist Management. Melissa holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Graphic Design from Belmont University, completed in 2008.

Contracting methods include design/build, consulting/design, straight bid, cost plus and negotiated contracting.
