Spencer Norris

Spencer Norris has a diverse and extensive work experience in property and asset management. Spencer is currently serving as the Executive Vice President of Property Management at Wallace Properties since May 2023. Prior to that, Spencer worked at CBRE where they held various roles such as Director, Associate Director, General Manager/Sr. Real Estate Manager, and Real Estate Manager. Spencer had strategic oversight of property and asset management services for the Amazon HQ1 Campus in South Lake Union and Denny Triangle, managing a portfolio of high-rise office and special use properties. During their time at CBRE, Spencer also represented multiple clients including JP Morgan Investment Management, Equity Commonwealth, Alexandria Real Estate, American Realty Advisors, LaSalle Investment Management, Invesco Real Estate, Prudential Real Estate Investors, Metzler Realty Advisors, and KBS Capital Advisors. Prior to CBRE, they worked at Pinnacle Commercial as a Commercial Property Manager, overseeing lease renewals and project management for various types of properties. Spencer also has experience as an Associate Broker at Pacific Real Estate Partners and Coldwell Banker Bain, as well as in property management at American Management Services.

Spencer Norris attended Eastside Catholic from 1996 to 2000 for their high school education. After that, from 2000 to 2001, they studied International Relations at Regis University, although no degree was obtained. Finally, from 2001 to 2005, Spencer Norris pursued a bachelor's degree in Political Science at Seattle University, earning their Bachelor of Arts degree.
