Charles Oh has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Charles started their career as a Company Commander/Platoon Leader in the Republic of Korea Army from March 1992 to June 1994. Charles then worked as a Marketing Assistant Manager at Samsung Corporation from July 1994 to August 1998. Charles Oh joined KDB Daewoo Securities (America) Inc. in 2003 and held various roles including Compliance Officer, Investment Banker, Chief Financial Officer/Financial and Operations Principal (FINOP). At KDB Daewoo Securities, they were responsible for overseeing financial matters, preparing and filing financial reports, ensuring compliance with SEC rules, and managing back-office operations. From 2012 to 2013, they worked at jWIN Electronics as a Controller, where they supervised the finance department, led a refinancing project, managed budgets and forecasts, and maintained relationships with various stakeholders. Since 2014, Charles Oh has been working as CFO/FinOp at WallachBeth Capital.

Charles Oh pursued their education in a diligent and tireless manner. In the years 1988 to 1992, they attended Yonsei University, where they focused their studies on Political Science and International Studies. After completing their undergraduate degree, Charles displayed a strong commitment to furthering their knowledge and skills in the field of Accounting. From 2000 to 2002, they attended Baruch College, where they obtained their MBA degree with a specialization in Accountancy. Through their educational journey, Charles Oh demonstrated a dedication to personal growth and a passion for expanding their understanding of diverse subjects.
