Joseph Diaz has extensive experience in the property management and maintenance sector, currently serving as a handyman at Wallack Management since March 2019 and as a handyman/assistant superintendent at Gumley Haft since July 2015. Previously, Joseph held the position of general foreman at GDC Contracting, LLC, from 2009 to 2015. Joseph's educational background includes training through the Thomas Shortman Training Fund, focusing on the Resident Manager Career Track from 2016 to 2018, as well as attendance at Glenmont Job Corps Center and Cassadaga Job Corps. Joseph is also a graduate of John Jay High School.
