Marie-Sophie Jammes

Marie-Sophie Jammes has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Marie-Sophie started their career as a Research Assistant at the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens in 2010. Marie-Sophie then worked as a Research Officer at the Centre d'Etudes Supérieures de la Marine, where they were responsible for academic publications, organization of workshops and conferences, and research on various topics.

In 2012, Marie-Sophie joined Hyde & Associates as an Advisor on Regulatory Issues and Commercial Telecommunications Law. During their time there, they provided regulatory advice to public and private users and operators, assisted the chairman of the Regulatory Working Group of the Global VSAT Forum, and handled administrative tasks.

From 2013 to 2018, Marie-Sophie worked at Skyscanner, initially as a Talent Acquisition Assistant and later as a Senior Talent Consultant & Diversity Champion. Marie-Sophie also served as the Graduate Programme Lead, coordinating projects and holding information sessions.

In 2018, Marie-Sophie joined Casumo as a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner for Engineering & Product before moving on to Wallapop in 2020. At Wallapop, they first served as a Talent Acquisition & Employer Brand Manager before being promoted to Head of Talent Acquisition & Employer Brand & DEIB in 2022.

Marie-Sophie Jammes has a strong education background in law and international relations. Marie-Sophie obtained their Master II in Geopolitics and International Relations from IEP Toulouse in 2010-2011. Prior to that, they completed their Master I in European and International Law from Ethnikon kai Kapodistriakon Panepistimion Athinon in 2009-2010. In 2008-2009, they earned a Diploma in International Studies and Development, with a focus on Law, Economics, and Finance, from the Institut d'Études Internationales et de Développement de Toulouse 1 Capitole. Their undergraduate studies include a Bachelor's degree in Law from Université Toulouse I Capitole, which they completed from 2005 to 2008.
