Douglas Alfaro

Douglas Alfaro serves as the Chief Business Development Officer at Wallbox Chargers, where responsibilities include building strategic global partnerships. Previously, Alfaro held multiple leadership roles at Wallbox, including Chief Fast Charging Officer and Chief Business Officer, focusing on fast charging solutions and global sales, marketing, and services. Prior to Wallbox, Alfaro worked at Tesla Motors as Regional Manager for Southern Europe, overseeing the development of charging programs and managing a diverse team. Additional experience includes project development for Supercharger stations and program management with the County of San Mateo, where Alfaro handled significant project budgets and collaborated on energy efficiency initiatives. Alfaro's early career includes roles with NASA and the U.S. Department of Education, as well as an internship at Wells Fargo. Alfaro earned a BA in Public Policy from Stanford University.
