Daniel Simonsson is an accomplished marine engineer with extensive experience in various engineering roles across multiple maritime organizations. Currently serving as Chief Engineer at Wallenius Marine AB since August 2021, Daniel has previously held positions including Chief Engineer, 2nd Engineer, and 3rd Engineer at OSM Maritime Group from June 2014 to July 2021. Additional roles include Technical Purchaser at SALÉN SHIP MANAGEMENT AB and Ship Mechanic at ORUST FARTYGSSERVICE AB, where Daniel notably participated in propeller shaft maintenance on a RORO-vessel. Daniel began a career foundation with a summer internship as a Process Technician at Borealis in 2012. Daniel's educational background includes a Bachelor's degree in Marine Engineering from Chalmers University of Technology and completion of a Technical program at Nösnäsgymnasiet.
