Lisa Kirkham

As Managing Director for Clear Diligence, Lisa Kirkham oversees multiple levels of review and analysis conducted in support of transactional matters.

Lisa has 19 years of wide-ranging legal experience, including nine years focused exclusively on the review and analysis of physician and non-physician contracts in healthcare mergers and acquisitions.

Before joining Clear Diligence, the firm’s diligence and contract review service, she served for more than a decade as the senior claims supervisor in the legal department of an NYSE-listed healthcare provider.

Lisa began her legal career in the public sector serving as Assistant Attorney General for the State of Tennessee, Deputy Legal Counsel to Tennessee Governor Ned McWherter, and Staff Attorney to the Honorable Lewis G. Paisley, Kentucky Circuit Judge.
