Patsy Powers

Patsy Powers is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in healthcare regulatory issues. Currently serving as Healthcare Industry Co-Chair and Partner at Waller Lansden Dortch and Davis LLP since November 2015, Patsy specializes in compliance matters, fraud, waste and abuse, and contract negotiations for hospitals, while advising on Medicare and Medicaid billing issues. Prior to this role, Patsy was the Senior Regulatory Counsel at Vanderbilt University from December 2013 to October 2015, providing legal guidance to the Vanderbilt University Medical Center and its affiliated networks. Patsy holds a Juris Doctor (J.D.) from the University of Tennessee College of Law and a Bachelor of Science in Education from Vanderbilt University.
