Marius Dobilas

Marius Dobilas is a legal expert specializing in public procurement and public-private partnerships (PPPs) with extensive experience in the field. Since December 2018, Marius has held various positions at WALLESS, progressing from Senior Associate to Associate Partner and currently serving as a Partner Expert. Prior to this, Marius was a Senior Associate at Ellex Valiunas from September 2010 to December 2018. Marius holds a Master of Laws (LL.M.) in Finance from the Institute for Law and Finance at Goethe University Frankfurt, completed in 2010, and a Master's Degree in Finance from Mykolas Romeris University, obtained in 2009.
