John Buchholz is Senior Vice President of Asset Management at Wallick Communities. In this role, John oversees the Asset Management team, which ensures all Wallick-owned communities are performing well and are maintained under the company’s vision to provide homes, opportunities, and hope.
John comes to Wallick after serving as Vice President of Asset Management at The NRP Group, which develops, constructs, and manages apartment buildings across the U.S. Overall, John has 20+ years of experience in the Affordable Housing industry and has held leadership roles at several large organizations, including RED Capital Group, Ohio Capital Corporation for Housing (OCCH), and Alden Torch Financial.
John received a bachelor’s in finance from Bowling Green State University and an MBA from The Ohio State University.
