Corrie Russell

Corrie Russell has extensive work experience in the mortgage industry. From 1998 to 2001, they worked at Countrywide Home Loans as an Assistant Branch Manager, where they supervised operations staff and was responsible for processing, closing, and shipping various types of loans. Corrie also served as a delegated underwriter and handled monthly volume projections, post-closing issues, and branch pipeline management.

From 2001 to 2004, Corrie worked at Wallick & Volk, Inc. as a Regional Operations Manager, providing operations support to ten branches in three states. Their responsibilities included training, pipeline management, post-closing issue management, and random quality control audits. Corrie also provided backup support in processing, underwriting, and closing when necessary.

In 2004, Corrie joined Premier Mortgage as an Operations Manager. In this role, they were responsible for processing and closing FHA, VA, conforming and non-conforming conventional, and BC loans. Corrie oversaw file shipping to investors, monitored the company's line of credit, ensured timely loan purchases, and managed post-closing activities including follow-up documentation, quality control audits, and HMDA reporting.

Since 2005, Corrie has been with Wallick & Volk, Inc. again, this time in the role of VP - Operations. Corrie currently manages the LOS help desk and the centralized processing and closing departments. Their responsibilities include monitoring file flow processes to ensure compliance and on-time loan closings. Previously, they managed the post-closing department, ensuring timely shipment, purchase, and insurance of all files to investors.

Corrie Russell attended the University of Colorado Denver from 1987 to 1991. During this time, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business.
