Monica Caggegi

Monica Caggegi has over 15 years of work experience. Monica began their career in 2006 as Head of Claims at Progress Insurance Broker. In 2011, they joined ConTe.it - Admiral Group as Senior Claims Manager, where they were responsible for personnel management and technical developments of the LR and ER of the Department. Monica also contributed to the organizational and technical choice to be followed for the regulatory change in force since March 2017, with subsequent positive impact on the performance of the clearing house. In 2017, they moved to NEWDEST s.r.l. as National Account Senior Manager. Currently, they are the Head of Operations at Wallife.

Monica Caggegi holds a Bachelor of Science in Insurance Risk Management from Selinus University, which they completed in 2018. Prior to that, they earned a Diploma di Maturità Classica from Liceo Classico Statale "Socrate" - Roma, Italia.
