Melissa Worthington is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in advancement operations and development. Currently serving as the Manager of Advancement Operations at Wallin Education Partners since January 2023, Melissa previously held the position of Prospect Development Manager at Metropolitan State University, where responsibilities included managing fundraising software systems and overseeing donor data analysis. At the Saint Paul & Minnesota Foundation, Melissa worked as a Development Operations Analyst and a Research Analyst, leading the constituent management system and prospect research efforts for a large organization. Earlier roles included Marketing Research Associate, where Melissa developed prospect management systems and conducted market intelligence research. Melissa holds a Bachelor of Arts in Criminology from the University of Minnesota Duluth.
