Katherine Maunder

Katherine Maunder is a seasoned fashion designer and entrepreneur with extensive experience in the industry. As the Founder of THREAD TALES COMPANY LTD since January 2017, Katherine has focused on creating unique, sustainable luxury accessories rooted in storytelling and quality. Katherine has also held senior design roles at prominent fashion retailers, including Wallis Fashion since 2009, where a specialization in versatile dresses has been key, Oasis Fashions from 2008 to 2009 with an emphasis on vintage-inspired formal wear, and Debenhams from 2005 to 2008, collaborating closely with renowned designers Matthew Williamson and Jasper Conran. Earlier experience at Ted Baker from 2000 to 2005 allowed for development of cohesive, detail-oriented ranges that enhanced brand identity. Katherine holds a BA Hons degree in Fashion Design with Technology from The Manchester Metropolitan University.
