Gauthier Hurel

Gauthier Hurel has a strong background in product management and development. Gauthier is currently working as a SAFe Product Owner/Product Manager at WALLIX Group since September 2022. Prior to that, they worked at LexisNexis Risk Solutions as a SAFe Product Owner from January 2019 to August 2022, where they were responsible for defining the backlog and ensuring the successful delivery of developments for the Continuity product.

Before joining LexisNexis, Gauthier worked at Enablon for many years. Gauthier started as a Developer in October 2004 and played a key role in developing major features and tools to support the company's growth. Gauthier then became a Lead Developer in October 2008, managing two other developers and taking on the role of software architect for the full-web integrated development environment and delivery tools. In July 2013, they transitioned to the role of Product Owner, where they defined the backlog and ensured the successful delivery of developments for an agile team. Their responsibilities included improving the core framework and infrastructure of Enablon solutions.

Gauthier Hurel obtained a Master of Engineering (M.Eng.) degree in Applied Mathematics from the Institut national des Sciences appliquées de Rouen, where they studied from 1999 to 2004. Gauthier also holds several additional certifications, including being a Certified SAFe® 4 Practitioner from Scaled Agile, Inc. obtained in April 2019, a Certified Scrum Master from Scrum Alliance obtained in June 2012, and a Certified Scrum Product Owner from Scrum Alliance obtained in September 2013.
