Arthur Zhang

Arthur Zhang has extensive work experience in the software industry. Arthur started their career as an Application Developer at Zhonghuang Software Co. from 1991 to 1993. Arthur then moved on to work as a Software Engineer at Tianjin Economic-Technological Development Area from 1993 to 2000. In 2001, they joined Ingenico and held various roles including Senior Embedded Application Developer, Network Application Developer, and PCIDSS Penetration Tester. From 2016 to 2020, they served as a Development Manager for Retail Solutions at Ingenico. Currently, they are working as an Agile/SAFe Product Manager, Product Owner, and Development Lead at Ingenico.

Arthur Zhang completed their Master's degree in MBA from Nankai University between 1997 and 2000. Prior to that, they received their Bachelor's degree in Electronic Science from the same university from 1987 to 1991. Additionally, they have obtained several certifications, including the Certified SAFe® 6 Agilist, Certified SAFe® 6 Architect, Certified SAFe® 6 Practitioner, and Certified SAFe® 6 Product Owner/Product Manager from Scaled Agile, Inc. Arthur has also acquired certifications in Master Agile Software Development, Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), Android Development Essential Training: Your First App with Kotlin, Git for System Administration, Learning Cloud Computing: The Cloud and DevOps, and Learning Software Version Control from LinkedIn.
