Irène B has a diverse range of work experience in the field of human resources. Irène started their career as a Recruiter at Sodexo in 2011 and then moved on to work as a Human Resources Assistant at ISS Facility Services. In 2013, they became a Human Resources Officer at MGEN, where they were involved in various HR tasks. In 2015, Irène joined Deloitte as an HR Officer, managing personnel administration for a large employee population. Irène then worked at SUEZ as a Human Resources Officer, focusing on administrative management and software administration. In 2017, Irène joined Avril as an HR Operations specialist. Irène'sresponsibilities included HR operations and administration. In 2019, they joined Lime as an HR Coordinator for EMEA, where they managed HR activities. Currently, Irène is working at WALLIX Group as an International HR Coordinator, responsible for HR and payroll coordination for international countries.

Irène B completed a Master 1 degree in Responsable de la Gestion des Ressources Humaines at the Institut de Gestion Social (IGS) from 2011 to 2012. Irène then pursued a Certificate of English at Kaplan International Vancouver in 2015. Prior to that, from 2010 to 2011, they obtained a Licence professionnelle in Gestion des ressources humaines / administration du personnel, général, from IUT de Sceaux.
