Philippe Lachapelle

Philippe Lachapelle's work experience includes being the President of TiE Brussels since 2014. Prior to that, they were a Member of the Board at SOFINEX starting in 2003. Philippe also served as a Member of the Board at SOFINEX and as the Director of Business Development, Partnerships, Research and Innovation at the Wallonia Foreign Trade and Investment Agency, both in 2003. Earlier in their career, they worked as a Research Fellow at George Mason University from 1989 to 1993.

Philippe Lachapelle has a Master of Arts degree in International Business/Trade/Commerce from George Mason University - Schar School of Policy and Government, which they obtained from 1990 to 1992. Philippe also holds a Doctorat in Droit from Université Jean Moulin (Lyon III), which they completed in 1999. Additionally, Philippe has an MA degree in International Trade from George Mason University, achieved from 1990 to 1992. Philippe also possesses a Diplôme spécial in Etudes européennes from Université catholique de Louvain, earned in 1988-1989.
