Courtney Zink is a dedicated professional with extensive experience in youth leadership and outdoor education. Currently serving as a Youth Leadership Specialist at Wallowa Resources, Courtney introduces local high school students to conservation career opportunities, develops curricula for experiential learning, and fosters leadership skills through internship programs. Previous roles include Retail Supervisor at Mt. Hood Meadows Resort, where Courtney managed staff training and development, and Rowing Instructor & Multi-Day Raft Guide at Northwest Rafting Company, providing guidance on multi-day river trips. With a background in coordinating outdoor education programs and a strong foundation in biological science from work with Environmental Assessment Services, LLC, Courtney combines expertise in leadership development with a passion for environmental stewardship. Courtney holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Humanities from Sierra Nevada College.
