Frank Kelly

Frank Kelly serves as the Chief Operating Officer at Walls Construction Limited since April 2022 and has previously held the position of Construction Director at Walls Construction. In addition, Frank Kelly is a current Board Member at the Health and Safety Authority since January 2020 and served as President of the Construction Industry Federation (CIF) from January 2021 to December 2022. Frank Kelly is an alumnus of the Waterford Institute of Technology.
