Preston Walls

Preston Walls is the CEO of Walls Property Group, a real estate agency specializing in multi-family and commercial property acquisition, renovation, and new construction in the Greater Seattle area since March 2010. With prior experience as Principal at Walls Property Management from August 2002 to March 2010, Preston oversaw all real estate operations, including purchasing, underwriting, and closing. Earlier in Preston's career, work at Merrill Lynch from July 1998 to June 2001 involved product development, including designing and launching the Merrill Lynch Financial Advantage, which transitioned the company from commission-based to fee-based pricing. Preston holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics and English from Colgate University, attained in 1998, following education at Lakeside High School from 1990 to 1994.
