Alena Marovitz

Alena Marovitz is a Venture Fellow at Supply Change Capital since January 2023 and an MBA Candidate at Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management, where Alena has received the Forté Fellowship and the National Grocer's Association Scholarship. Alena serves as Co-President of the Kellogg Food and Agribusiness Club and as Director of the Net Impact Club. Prior experience includes roles as an MBA Intern in Merchandising at H-E-B and at Farmer's Fridge, as well as a Lead Product Manager at Divert, where Alena managed a successful pilot program aimed at reducing shrink and enhancing freshness for Stop & Shop. Alena also has a background in sustainability and food waste initiatives through positions at various organizations, including a role as an Operations Analyst where a food donation program was established for CVS stores in California. Alena holds an MBA from Kellogg and a Bachelor's degree in Economics and Environmental Studies from Amherst College.
