Andy Marchetti is a seasoned professional in talent acquisition and business development, currently serving as Senior Manager of Global Talent Acquisition for Global Tech at Walmart since December 2021. Prior experience includes roles as Director of Corporate Recruiting and Talent Acquisition at XPO Logistics, Inc., where Andy oversaw recruitment strategies for a leading freight transportation provider.
