Art Grigorian

Art Grigorian currently serves as the Associate Director of Marketplace Product Strategy & Operations at Walmart, a position held since January 2023. Prior to Walmart, Art held various leadership roles at TapClicks from March 2016 to January 2023, including Director of Product Operations & Analytics, where Art established a Product Operations & Analytics team, and Director of Customer Experience & Care, achieving a 94% CSAT rating and significant cost savings. Earlier experience includes serving as Marketing Manager at Tango Me, where Art led campaigns that increased daily active users and revenue, and as Head of Customer Support, managing a large team to enhance user satisfaction during rapid growth. Art’s career also includes technical support roles at Kno, Inc. and Chegg Inc., as well as a billing specialist position at Google. Art earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business from San José State University between 2008 and 2010.
